- Take ownership of all tickets routed to them
- Resolve these tickets or route them to the appropriate Resolution Group, which requires a higher level of technical analysis.
If you are:
- Fluent in German, good skills in English;
- Experienced with one year in a technical position;
- Analytical and if you have IT troubleshooting skills and ability to solve common IT issues/troubleshooting related to:
- Internet
- MS Office
- Windows Server
- Active Directory
- Cluster
- Able to troubleshoot portable devices, to research and find solutions to unfamiliar technical situations;
- Experienced in a Helpdesk environment would be considered as an advantage
