Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Bristol
£18,000 - £20,000 per annum plus un-capped Bonus and benefits. OTE £100,000 plus
Modis are looking to hire a new consultant into one of their most successful offices in the UK. You will join a team of people in Bristol who are at the top of their game, with some consultants delivering in excess of £500,000 gross profit for the business a year.
This is a very unique chance for the right sales focused individual to sculpt a career within a company that has one of the best commission structures in the industry. Your earnings really are uncapped and a six figure salary is achievable for a hungry tenacious individual.
The role itself is extremely challenging and you will undergo a rigorous and in depth learning and development scheme, where you will be taught all the basics to enable you to start your career in recruitment. Your role will be initially to learn the role of a recruitment consultant, understanding how to deal with candidates and clients, closing and negotiating deals, running corporate meetings to name but a few. The role of a consultant is a tough and competitive environment, but is extremely rewarding
