We are on the hunt for a Help Desk Customer Support Specialist for an opportunity with a company here in Omaha, NE. In this role, you will work both on site and remote tickets. This person will be key in helping them rollout their Microsoft Office 365 project as well as helping with their help desk tickets.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:.
- PC Imaging
- PC troubleshooting
- MS Office
- Deployment experience
- Remote troubleshooting
